La storia di questi occhiali risale ai lontani anni 40, quando nella Seconda Guerra mondiale Ray-ban lancia i classici Aviator, nati qualche anno prima, nella versione con lenti a specchio sfumate, già utilizzate dai piloti della US Air Force e più tardi estesi al pubblico. 
E così dopo tanti anni, sono ancora qui a proteggere i nostri occhi dalla luce del sole, ma con un tocco di brio e colore in più. Tantissime le tonalità e le forme, impossibile resistervi.
E’ in questo modo che trendsetters e fashion icons li utilizzano, creando combinazioni particolari e ispirandosi alle scale di colore delle lenti come fossero una guida per la loro ispirazione. 
Per quanto appariscente infatti, questo accessorio consente abbinamenti sorprendentemente affermativi.

    Confesso che non riesco a portargli gli occhiali da sole, anche se a volte i miei occhi ne avrebbero bisogno..però questo è il modello che prefersico sugli altri…sarà che sono stati molti IN anche negli anni'80!
